our story

We decided to name our business based on what we’ve been referred to over the last 10 years of working together. Both clients & candidates know us as ‘Shona and Cassie from the agency’, so it was simple for us to build on this as we launched our business : the agency.

Our primary focus is building on our existing relationships within the industry and continuing to do what we’ve always done; deliver what we promise with integrity while actively seeking to create long term, mutually beneficial relationships with new businesses.

We’re incredibly driven and strive to do the best job possible for our clients. We’re known for our no nonsense approach and our goal is to consistently deliver excellence with integrity in everything we do; we’re Cassie and Shona, at the agency. We like to keep things simple and deliver - whether you’re recruiting for a role or looking for employment, we’re confident we can help, think of us as the missing piece to your recruitment puzzle.
