We’re Shona and Cassie—from The Agency (yes, that one).

After over a decade of working side by side, helping businesses and candidates find the right fit, we kept hearing the same thing: "Oh, you mean Shona and Cassie from the agency?"
So when we launched our own business, the name chose itself.

At The Agency, we don’t do jargon or overcomplicate things. We stick to what we know works:

We’re hands-on and people-focused, and we genuinely care about doing right by both our clients and our candidates.
