The role

​

· Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction by architectural and structural detailed drawings

​

· Evaluate offers to purchase by requirements, additions, and costing changes.

​

· Resolve cost differences, analyse and collect info for estimating

​

· Develops bids for projects.

​

· Schedule meetings with clients, managers, and staff

​

· Monitor processes

​

The candidate

​

2-3 years relevant estimating experience within a similar environment.

Excellent time management with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.

Excellent IT and numeracy skills

Ability to travel and perform client/site visits when required.
