We have a really special opportunity with a Leicester based business that, due to growth are looking for an additional customer focused and results-driven Account Executive to complement their team.

Managing your own portfolio of accounts, you’ll be responsible for the retention and service which will include check ins, site visits and review meetings across a wide number of long standing clients. This role will focus on ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. Your ability to understand client needs, provide exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities for account expansion will be crucial to your success in this role.

You will have a natural commercial outlook enabling you to spot potential opportunities, as well as red flags. Equally you’ll be an expert in juggling multiple projects at the same time, often with really tight deadlines.

The sector is quite specific so were ideally looking for someone that has come from a SaaS, education or hospitality background – because you’ll know how complex accounts can be.

This role is hybrid so you’ll have complete control of your own diary, with an expectation of being in the office, with the rest of the team 1-2 days a week. There may be a need for overnight stays, so you’ll need to be flexible.

This role requires someone with drive, professionalism and a proven track record in service delivery and successful retention & development of long standing customers.
