Ok, so we’re working with a Market leader in the software/service market. They’re doing well, really well. So well in fact that they’re ready to add another head to the sales team- someone that’s experienced, credible & a self starter.

So this is what we need – a really savvy hunter that can get into the grain of a business – what they want, what their customers want & present a solution to them.

Prior to this you’ll need to find them, qualify them and get to the point of presenting. You’ll do this through your expertise & proven track record of lead generation & networking – you know the score.

You’ll need lots of experience in tender preparation, especially the complexity involved when it comes to matrix organisations. Also you’ve got to really understand how technology is applied in business – have strong negotiation skills and the ability to close.

It goes without saying your relationship building skills will be second to none – the industries you’ll be working with require integrity, honesty and true professionalism throughout the whole sales process and afterwards. Goal driven, a passion for targets, self-motivated with a desire to earn bonus.....

Now this company have been established a long time & have a great reputation in their industry. Part of a wider organisation, this role is a key representation of them.

In return you’ll get a great basic salary, a car allowance (so you must be a driver!) and a fantastic commission structure – along with all the company benefits. The hours of work are Mon – Fri 9-5, flexibility is obviously required in sales & you’ll be Leicester based 2 days a week. The rest of the time you’ll be working remotely & out seeing potential customers, doing your bit at exhibitions, demonstrating product etc etc.
