This is an office-based role with a leading supplier working primarily with trade clients in sectors such as retail interiors, exhibitions, and large printing. Whether you’re an industry pro or looking for a fresh challenge, full product training will be provided for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Client-Focused Quoting: Providing tailored estimates to our trade clients and identifying quoting opportunities with prospects.
• Product Advisor: Guiding clients on the best product solutions for their projects and familiarising them with our product range.
• Order Management: Confirming and processing orders, liaising with production, and ensuring smooth project progression.
• Aftercare: Following up with clients to ensure deliveries are on track and expectations are met.
• Team Support: Handling other office duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
• A self-starter with a knack for problem-solving and keeping calm under pressure.
• A team player with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, patient, and professional telephone manner.
• A positive, can-do attitude that fits with a company culture focused on growth and collaboration.
