​Are you an experienced Bendi / Pivot Steer FLT Driver looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, well-run warehouse environment?

We’re working with a trusted local employer in Reading who is looking for a night shift FLT Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role

As the sole forklift driver on site overnight, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the night shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll be responsible for accurately putting away and picking up to 100 pallets per night, working closely with a small, tight-knit team of 4–5 night operatives.

You’ll need to be confident operating within racking systems and be able to work quickly without compromising safety or accuracy. This is a busy operation, similar to a mini pallet network set-up — so previous experience in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse is essential.

The Warehouse

• Holds a variety of ambient food stock (no freezers or cold work)

What You’ll Need:

• Bendi / Pivot Steer FLT licence

• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of the FLT responsibilities

• Flexible and team-oriented mindset

Duties:

• Operate the Bendi / Aisle Master forklift for pallet movement

• Load and unload deliveries

• Organise and replenish stock in racking

• Support general warehouse duties as required

• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times
